We will cover: Who should and should not do Keto, the differences between low carb and very lo carb (Keto), how long you should Keto, the best ways to track Keto, most common side effects, most potent Keto foods, foods that will derail your Keto diet

DAWSON’S COOKING CLASSES: ITALIAN PASTA & SAUCES
FRIDAY, JANUARY 10TH | 6:30 PM

Enjoy lite appetizers of Italian cheeses, charcuterie and a glass of wine, while your Chef discusses the menus and assigns dishes to the group. Then head off to our commercial Kitchen to prepare two entrees, sides and a dessert. Sample Menu: Mixed Greens with Vinaigrette, Penne Carbonara, Oreecchiette Broccoli, and Panna Cotta with Berry Sauce. Once you have competed all of your dishes head back to our community table and enjoy your meal family style with your new friends.

TINY CHEF’S: ARTFUL CUPCAKES

Two day class! What do unicorns and sharks have in common? What about ice cream cones and hamburgers? They can all be turned into cupcakes! No magic is needed in this hand’s on baking and decorating two-day workshop! Participants will learn the skills needed on how to create artful, decorative: Unicorn, Shark, Ice Cream Cone, and Hamburger cupcakes. Frosting, marshmallows, sprinkles, and lots of imagination is what this workshop is all about! Participants will be able to “Shop the Market” at Dawson’s Market for any fresh ingredients.

Menu: Unicorn Cupcakes, Shark Attack Cupcakes, Hamburger Cupcakes, and Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

This two-day class is $100 per child.

Love Indian food but hesitant to try cooking it? The flavors and textures of home-cooked Indian food are both dramatic and fresh! Come learn the Indian way to work with spices and how to combine them. We will also talk about the other elements necessary to create a traditional Indian meal.
